Scope of application
The following provisions regulate the contractual relationship between the advertiser or the commissioned advertising agent and the operators of the website. If nothing to the contrary has been agreed in writing, the contractual relationship shall be governed by the provisions of the contract for work and services pursuant to Art. 363 et seq. OR.
Prices for advertisements
For private individuals, the placement of an advertisement is free of charge until further notice.
Approval for printing
Approval for printing shall be given by the advertiser upon publication of the advertisement.
Liability
The advertiser shall be liable for the content of the online advertisements. He undertakes to comply with the relevant statutory regulations, guidelines and association rules of the respective industry. Insofar as legally permissible, he shall indemnify the website operator as well as its organs and auxiliary persons against all claims of third parties. Should legal action be taken against the operator of the website, the advertiser is obliged to join the proceedings after the official announcement of the penalty. In any case, the advertiser assumes all court and out-of-court costs incurred in connection with third-party claims. For advertisements placed on weegee.ch by third-party platforms (crawling), weegee.ch assumes no liability.

Data protection
The advertiser or the advertising agent allows the website operator to publish the advertisements on online services as well as to process them until a declaration of revocation is made. The operator undertakes to comply with data protection regulations. However, he cannot provide a comprehensive guarantee for confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and availability of personal data. The advertiser or advertising agent acknowledges that personal data can also be accessed in countries that do not have data protection regulations comparable to those in Switzerland. The advertiser or the advertising intermediary agrees that the online advertisements are not generally accessible. The transfer of online advertisements to third party online services is expressly prohibited. The website operator is granted the right to prohibit any form of exploitation and processing of the advertisements.
Moderation
The operators of weegee.ch have the right to remove advertisements without giving reasons. They may also block access to individual users without stating reasons. Advertisements are automatically deleted after 42 days, unless they are regularly updated. Users do not receive any notification about the deletion of an advertisement.
