Location & Connection
University & ETH: Main Building 2 to 5 minutes away on foot.
Public transport: The Haldenegg tram stop is right outside, taking you to Zurich Main Station (HB) in just 2–3 minutes (or a quick 10-minute walk).
Neighborhood: Grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and bakery spots are all within short walking distance.
Despite being so central, it’s a calm and pleasant area to live in.
