Hi everyone! We’re putting together a shared flat and are looking for a fifth flatmate
for 5 months

1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027
. One of our future flatmates will move in April 2027.

It’s a villa just above ETH/UZH (5 minutes’ walk to ETH) with a view of the lake! It comes with 3 balconies, a terrace, a garden, its own garage and more!


* The address is: Restelbergstrasse, 8044 Zürich (Zürichberg)
* You can move in right away in November, or in December if that suits you better
* The rent is CHF 1,000 per month in total, including utilities and everything else
* The flat is huge, 6.5 rooms (205 m²), so everyone gets their own separate, very spacious room + of course a big kitchen with a minibar + 3 bathrooms
* Our own washing machine and dryer in the flat, cellar, bike storage, lift right up to the flat
* Quiet location


About us:

We’re four students at UZH, all originally from the Czech Republic: me (Timon 25), doing my Master’s in AI, my sister Glenda (22), doing her Bachelor’s in Communication Science, David (21), doing his Bachelor’s in Banking, and Jacob (22), doing his Master’s in Finance. We’re a friendly, easygoing bunch and looking forward to meeting you! Btw. we also speak english, german and schweizerdeutsch :))

IMPORTANT: This is a fixed-term room from 01.11.2026 to 31.03.2027 (5 months). No extension is possible, since a new flatmate moves in from April.
