We are Matteo, Alise, and Michela. We are looking for a 4th flatmate to join our WG. Write us an introduction and include a picture please. You need to have a valid residence permit.

Matteo is 32, likes the outdoors, climbing and snowboarding, and works a lot on his mental health startup. Alise is 33, also enjoys the outdoors, reading books, and good plant-based food. Michela is 24, doing her Master thesis, and enjoys hanging out with friends, and good food.

We like to have a cosy vibe in the apartment, we catch up with each other and sometimes have food together while life happens – still everybody has their own schedule and life and also enjoys their "me time".

We are looking for an English speaking, tidy, clean person, communicative. Friends and guests are welcome, with the occasional hosted dinner etc but this is NOT a party WG. We all work and enjoy our sleep.

Info on the apartment: The apartment is located right next to the Limmat, after the Glanzenberg park. You'll be sharing your bathroom space (the one with shower), with Michela, but we all can use either bathroom (e.g. if you want to have a bath in Matteo and Alise's you're welcome). We have birdies nesting in the balcony, hedgehogs, beavers, foxes, herons, cats, dogs, ducks and more, around the house. Because of the river, we get some bugs (mosquitos etc) in summer, and we have spiders sometimes. We can help you move them out if you are scared, but if you are terrified of insects maybe not the best apartment for you! We have the train tracks behind the building, but you cannot hear them – the building was built pointing to the other side, so to avoid hearing the noise. There are shared washing machines and driers in the basement, a drying room, a cellar, a bikes room, an outdoor bike parking. There's a garage and you can ask if there's spaces available to rent, or park under the bridge blue parking with a rather cheap monthly abo. The station is 6min walking distance, and takes 11min to HB and runs every 15 minutes until 0:30am or so during the week, and all night on weekend and some holidays / events days (stops schlieren, altstetten, hardbrucke, HB). It is NOT zone 110, you need to add Dietikon to the SBB abo. – if we forgot anything feel free to ask :)

Neurodiverse and queer welcome; Matteo and Alise might both get a dog in the future, dogs are welcome; discrimination and sexism not welcome; cats not allowed (due allergy :( – we like them); humor and sassiness allowed, grumpiness periodically and mornings allowed :p

Rent is cheap and includes utilities and house shared expenses (shared bags cleaning products etc) but there's CHF 2500 deposit as the Genossenschaft is depo is CHF 10'000 and we share it. The flatmate leaving could leave you a closet and a mattress, plus there could be a desk and some other furniture you can use, if you'd like.

Important: SEVERE ALLERGY (as like, deadly) in the house – cooking chicken, turkey, duck or any other bird animal is not allowed in the house. You may eat occasionally and carefully take-away at home, but let's try not to send out flatmate to the hospital.
