I’m offering a bright, fully furnished 12 m² room in my well-maintained apartment, ideally located right next to Heuried tram station, at the junction of Sihlfeld, Alt-Wiedikon and Friesenberg in Zurich’s District 3.
The neighborhood is peaceful, green and exceptionally well-connected, with tram lines 9 and 14 and bus lines 67 and 89 nearby. Zurich Main Station is just 15 minutes away by tram, and Wiedikon train station is only 5 minutes away.
Everything you need is within a 5-minute walk: Migros, Coop, Denner, Aldi, pharmacies, a post office, Active Fitness gym and several green spaces. Uetliberg is also within easy walking distance, perfect for enjoying nature and outdoor activities.


The Room & Apartment

The room is fully furnished and ready to move into. The apartment has two bedrooms, a comfortable living room and a balcony, offering a pleasant and relaxed living environment.


Rent: CHF 1,075/month
, including all utilities, electricity, heating, internet, household essentials and cleaning supplies. A one-month rent deposit is required.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with just me.


A Little About Me

I’m originally from Brazil, with a background in Architecture and Product Design, although I currently work in a different field. I work full-time outside the home.
Having lived abroad for over 20 years, including 1 year in the USA and 15 years in Spain, I’ve called Zurich home since 2019. I’m friendly and easy-going, enjoy travelling, cycling and nature, and appreciate a good balance between socializing and personal space.
I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese, and understand some German and Italian.
I also have a 7-year-old daughter who stays with me 2 weekends per month. We usually spend much of our time together outdoors, weather permitting. Since my daughter occasionally stays at the apartment, I would particularly feel comfortable sharing the home with another woman.


Who I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a female flatmate, preferably 35+, who works or studies outside the home, is a non-smoker, tidy, responsible and easy-going.
Respect, cleanliness, good communication and consideration for each other's privacy are important to me. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a calm, friendly and harmonious home environment.


Availability & Rental Conditions

The room is available immediately. However, I’m flexible with the move-in date and happy to agree on a date that works best for both of us, provided the move-in takes place no later than
December 1st
.
The minimum rental period is
