Ich (w/29) vermiete ein Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG. Das Zimmer hat ein grosses Fenster und einen schönen Holzboden. Matratze, Lampe und eventuell ein kleines Regal können übernommen (gratis) werden. Falls du die Matratze nutzt, musst du sie am Ende selbst mitnehmen oder entsorgen.

Die Wohnung hat ein grosses buntes Wohnzimmer, einen grossen Balkon und liegt im 3. Stock. Die Haltestelle Hottingerplatz ist 2 Minuten entfernt, Spar und Bäckerei 1 Minute und mit dem Velo bist du in ca. 7 Minuten am HB.

Miete: CHF 750.– pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten, ohne WLAN.

Wichtig: Ende Februar 2027 müssen alle aus der Wohnung ausziehen, da eine Totalrenovierung ansteht.

Du wohnst mit mir zusammen. Ich bin 29, weiblich, male und bastle gerne, bin oft im Wald unterwegs und mag Musik sowie lustige Gespräche über alles Mögliche. Ich bin aber auch gerne mal für mich.

🇬🇧 Room in a shared flat in Zurich, temporary from Dec 1, 2026 to Feb 28, 2027

I’m renting out a room in our 2-person shared flat. The room has a large window and beautiful wooden floors. You can use the mattress, a lamp and possibly a small shelf. If you use the mattress, you’ll need to take it with you or dispose of it yourself at the end of your stay.

The flat has a spacious living room, a large balcony and is on the 3rd floor. Hottingerplatz tram stop is a 2-minute walk away, Spar and a bakery are 1 minute away, and the main train station (HB) is about 7 minutes away by bike.

Rent: CHF 750 per month, including all additional costs. No Wi-Fi included.

Important: Everyone has to move out by February 28, 2027, as the building is undergoing a complete renovation.

You’ll be living with me. I’m a 29-year-old woman who enjoys painting, crafting, spending time in the forest, listening to music and having fun conversations about all kinds of things. I also enjoy having time to myself.
