Apartment:
3-bedroom WG with Kitchen (+dishwasher), Balcony, Living room, Shower, Bath, 2 toilets, Private washing machine and tumble dryer, Storage available in the attic. The apartment is on the 4th floor but unfortunately there is no elevator.

Location:
A nice and quiet part of Lorraine, 15 min walk to Bern Bahnhof, 5 min walk to Lorraine Bad and the river, 5 min walk to Bus Line 20, 5 min walk to Migros, 2 min walk to Denner

We are:
Andrew, British, 35M. Works as an industry scientist. Enjoys running, dancing, playing badminton, skiing and flat dinners together.
Christian, Swiss, 37M. Works in Bundehaus. Enjoys running and skiing and flat dinners together.

You are:
Someone relaxed and enjoys a balance between communal activities and quiet time alone. Looking to take the room long term.

The furniture in the room is available to buy (700 ~CHF)
