Fixed term until June 30, 2027 (but can be extended if the demolishing of the building is postponed).

The room is 19m2, comes with a bad (140x200 cm), a chair and a table, and a wardrobe. I can leave some more furniture if you are interested. Has a balcony. You'll share the bathroom and the kitchen with two great guys (one IT intern at IBM, the other is a cook at a Michellin star restaurant).

Although the location is great, and the room is pretty big, the rent is very affordable because it's an old building, which is planned to be demolished next summer (July 2027, but not certainly decided yet).
