Hi everyone! We are looking for a new male roommate to take over a room in our shared flat in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Küsnacht (8700 Küsnacht, Hörnlistrasse 28).

✨ Room & Flat Details:
The room is on the 3rd floor and is the largest room in the house. It comes with a private small balcony and basic furniture (bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, IKEA wardrobe).
The flat is fully equipped: washing machine in the basement, dishwasher in the kitchen, shared drying racks, and a large living room and balcony on the 2nd floor as common areas. Utilities (water, electricity, heating, internet) are all included in the rent.
• Rent: 740 CHF / month (All-inclusive)
• Period: Nov 1, 2026 – Apr 30, 2027 (Flexible move-in date and possibility of extension)
• Contract: Direct formal contract with Intermezzo. You can register your address directly at Küsnacht Gemeinde without any appointment or waiting line.

It's a very quiet and safe upscale residential area.
• 7 min walk to Lake Zurich.
• 10 min walk to Coop/Migros/Denner supermarkets.
• 8 min walk to Erlenbach train station, or take bus 918 right outside the door (5 mins to Küsnacht station).
• About 30 minutes to ETH/UZH main campus.
👥 Who We Are:
We are a friendly and tidy group of guys. On the 3rd floor, there are two Chinese ETH PhD students (you will share the toilet with them). On the 2nd floor, there is one Chinese ZHdK master's student and one Ukrainian guy (you will share the bathroom with them). All male.

🔍 We are looking for:
A male tenant who is clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. Someone quiet and respectful of housemates, ideally a student or young professional. Must be reliable with rent and willing to help keep common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room) clean. No smoking indoors. Pets are not preferred.
