The house is located in Uitikon, a calm area close to nature.
The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the house. Both ETH and UZH are accessible in about 35 minutes by public transport.

The house (JUWO) has approximately 250m² of living space, with spacious communal areas, a big own garden, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a large cellar. There are also parking spaces and garage available.

The rent for the room is about 850 CHF (utilities included) for a ca. 30 m2 room.

The house contract is valid until January 31st 2029 with the possibility of an extension.
Open communication and mutual respect are essential for a harmonious flatshare. We value a well-maintained home where everyone takes responsibility for keeping things tidy and clean, and contributes to small daily tasks. We also look forward to flatmates who enjoy cooking, eating together, or engaging in shared activities from time to time.
