About the apartment
The apartment was renovated four years ago and is fully furnished, with everything you need to feel at home. It's bright, has 2.95-metre-high ceilings and a charming living room, with a total floor area of 75 m².
The location is very convenient, with the train station just 80 metres away. Nature is also right on the doorstep, with the beautiful banks of the River Limmat just behind the building. There are also plenty of shopping options nearby, with Aldi, Coop and Migros all within a three-minute walk.
One thing worth mentioning is that, unfortunately, there is no cellar or separate storage space, so you'll need to keep your belongings in your room.
About me
I'm an Italian PhD student at the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI). In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active through various sports, exploring Switzerland and going out with friends for a good craft beer!
Who I'm looking for
I'd love to share the apartment with someone who is easy-going, respectful and tidy, and who enjoys a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at home.

Availability and contract
The official move-in date is 1 February, but I'm flexible, and moving in as early as January could be arranged.
There are two possible arrangements: a long-term rental agreement with both of us as tenants on the lease, or a sublet agreement, depending on your preferences.
