wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unser gemütliches WG-Leben!

Ab dem 01.11.2024 wird ein 16 Quadratmeter grosses, möbliertes Zimmer in unserer WG frei. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was du zum Wohlfühlen brauchst.

Highlight: Zu der Wohnung gehört ein schöner Balkon, auf dem du sonnige Stunden geniessen kannst!

In der WG wohnen zurzeit zwei Männer. Beide sind berufstätig, und wir sprechen in der WG meist Englisch.

Es ist uns wichtig, dass die gemeinsame Wohnung sauber und ordentlich bleibt, weshalb eine regelmässige Reinigung durch einen Putzservice erfolgt.

Wir freuen uns auf eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in – egal welchen Geschlechts –, der/die Lust hat, unser kleines Team zu ergänzen. Schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht, wenn du Interesse hast oder Fragen aufkommen.

The flat is large (~150mq) and located at the top (5th) floor of a building in Schmiede Wiedikon.
The flat has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms (1 is the available one) share a very large bathroom (double sink, WC, bathtub, shower) while the third bedroom has a private bathroom.
The flat features is fully equipped with a kitchen (with induction stove, one oven, one steamer, dishwasher and multiple kitchen robots), a dining area, a living room, a balcony with couches and BBQ area, washing machine and dryer. Storage space is available both under the roof and in the cellar downstairs.

The flat is very centrally located. Schmiede Wiedikon Tram station is in front of the building and trams 9 and 14 can take you to Zurich HB
in 10min. The Wiedikon train station is at 5min walking distance and it is one stop away from Zurich HB. A Migros supermarket is in front of the building and a Coop is at 5min walking distance. In front of the building there are also multiple facilities: post, restaurants, bakeries, two pharmacies, multiple family doctors, gym, etc.

The available bedroom is very large (~15mq) and it can come either furnished or not. The rent is 1500chf. If the bedroom is prefered furnished, then this should be discussed with the leaving flatmate.

About us, we are young professionals in their early thirties and the flat is a relaxed and friendly environment.
