We are looking for open, easy going, and non-smoking persons above 35 years. We are an international, queer friendly WG (a dancer, designer, academic, and IT engineer/art educator). Although we lead quite busy and independent lives, we really enjoy hanging out with each other (cook, watch a series, etc.) when we happen to be home at the same time.



The room is 13 qm, very bright and sunny, facing South towards the train tracks. It costs 700 CHF, including utilities and a biweekly cleaning service, and is available from Feb 1.



The flat is 144 square meters, has 5 rooms (2 common areas, 2 bathrooms) and is full of plants. There are several common spaces (rooftop terrace, ateliers, community kitchen, etc.) within the Zollhaus (Genossenschaft Kalkbreite).
