Das Zimmer / Haus

Das WG Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3.0-Zimmer Studentenwohnung im 2. OG. Mit 17m² ist es das grösste der drei Zimmer. Die moderne und helle Wohnung wurde im September 2023 frisch bezogen und ist einwandfrei. Die Waschküche wird mit den anderen Studentenwohnungen geteilt. Es stehen aber genügend Maschinen zur Verfügung das immer ein paar frei sind.

Der weisse Schrank auf dem Bild kann bei Interesse gratis übernommen werden. (Gebrauchsspuren) Ansonsten wird das Zimmer unmöbliert vermietet.

In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich der Pilatus Markt, der Bahnhof, die HSLU T&A und diverse Dienstleistungen.

Zudem gibt es für das gesamte Gebäude Gemeinschaftsräume im EG und eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse.

Hey zusammen! Ich bin Michael, 23 Jahre alt und studiere aktuell Gebäudetechnik an der HSLU in Luzern. Lustigerweise bin ich auch Muttersprachler in Englisch und Spanisch, genau wie mein Mitbewohner Owen, was immer wieder zu witzigen Sprachwechseln im Alltag führt, aber bin hier aufgewachsen sodass ich natrülich auch Deutsch oder “dialäkt” spreche.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne sportlich unterwegs sei es schwimmen, rennen oder klettern. Ich freue mich auf eine gute Zeit mit euch und darauf, euch besser kennenzulernen!



The room / house

The shared room is located in a 3.0 room student flat on the 2nd floor. With 17m² it is the largest of the three rooms. The modern and bright flat was newly occupied in September 2023 and is in perfect condition. The laundry room is shared with the other student flats. However, there are enough machines available so that there are always a few free.

The white cupboard in the picture can be taken over free of charge if interested. (Signs of use) Otherwise the room is rented unfurnished.

The Pilatus Market, the railway station, the HSLU T&A and various services are in the immediate vicinity.

There are also common rooms on the ground floor and a beautiful roof terrace for the entire building.

Hey everyone! I'm Michael, 23 years old and currently studying building technology at the HSLU in Lucerne. Funnily enough, I'm also a native speaker of English and Spanish, just like my flatmate Owen, which often leads to funny language switches in everyday life, but I grew up here so of course I also speak German or “dialäkt”.
In my free time, I enjoy sports such as swimming, running and climbing. I look forward to having a good time with you and getting to know you better!


Hello, I’m Owen, your potential half Spanish half English new flat mate. I’m a student in the T&A campus studying environmental engineering. I am fluent in English and Spanish, but I do really appreciate the opportunity to practice my German.

In our flatmate we look for someone who is reasonably clean, and up for a quick chat if the occasion comes up. Owen is very into outdoors, so if you are also into it, would be cool to do something together. Both of us love to cook and back, so if you enjoy that to, we can cook together.
