From the beginning of February, one bedroom will be available in our shared flat!

The house is composed of three bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet/storage room, a separate kitchen equipped with all sorts of appliances (including dishwasher and air fryer), and a big living room comprising a big dining table plus a chilling area with couches and a projector, as well as a very nice balcony (the pictures are a bit outdated so you can’t see the table, and the living room will be soon modified - you might be part of these changes too!).

We're looking for a tidy and clean person, who is preferably not on the first shared living experience, funny and sociable, who likes to have a nice evening talk, drink a beer or spritz together, and is up for some partying or some chill evenings with friends at the house. Also we search for someone who would be overtaking the furniture (the room will not have an actual wardrobe, only a provisional textile one)

The house is in a very calm district, in a few minutes by walk you have few different supermarkets/markets. It's also very good connected,
the closests train stations (Stettbach and Dübendorf) is 5 minutes by bus, and the closest tram stop (Ringwiesen, tram 12) is just 8 minutes away by feet. There are 4 bus stops within a 3 minutes walk from the house.
Also the two night lines are available during the weekends.

You will be sharing the house with two guys (24-27) from Italy. We both work, play basketball, are very open minded and we really like to meet new people, so don’t be afraid: you’ll have a great time in the house!
