Weils zusammen mehr Spaß macht suche ich eine*n Mitbewohner*in, mit oder ohne Hund, für eine wunderschöne Neubauwohnung mit Terrasse.

Wir, Miriam und Hündin Lima (fuchsgroß und sehr freundlich), suchen eine/n Mitbewohner*in, gerne mit weiterem Hund oder auch anderem Haustier (ist aber kein muss). Gemeinsam leben wir in einer modernen Neubauwohnung, Erstbezug, mit Terrasse und Gartenabteil direkt zwischen Zoo und Haltestelle "Zoo".

In der Miete sind ist die Nutzung des Wohnbereichs mit Küche (ca. 65m2), Terrasse (13m2) und Garten, der neuen Einbauküche, sowie von Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung und des Kellerraums (8m2) enthalten. Du hast ein eigenes Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad (Zimmer mit Einbauschrank ca. 15m2, Bad mit Wanne ca. 5m2). Das Haus ist hundefreundlich; neben Veloräumen gibt es eine Hundedusche im Keller.

Die Miete beträgt 1500 CHF. Die Kaution beträgt 900 CHF.

Du passt zu uns, wenn du Lust auf ein lockeres Zusammenleben hast, bei dem beispielsweise gemeinsames Kochen mal dazugehört, aber keine tägliche Verpflichtung ist. Homeoffice ist auch in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen kein Problem.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön im Grünen. Mit der Tram (fährt alle 5-8 min) bist du in 7 min an der ETH/ Unispital und in 17 min in der Stadt. Falls du mit Hund einziehst: da ich in der Nähe arbeite und eh mit Lima raus muss, nehme ich Deinen Hund mittags gerne mit 😊

Looking for a flatmate for a beautiful flat with terrace in district 7

We, Miriam and dog Lima (medium-sized and very friendly), are looking for a flatmate who wants to join us. Your dog or other pet is very welcome as well. We live in a newly built luxury flat settled between the main entrance of the Zoo and the station "Zoo".

The rent includes the shared area (fitted kitchen with appliances + living room + entrée 65m2, terrace 13m2 and garden, washing machine and tumbler (in the flat) and a shared cellar room 8m2), your own bathroom with bathtub (5m2) and your room with a built-in wardrobe (appr. 15m2). In accordance with the landlord, you can rent a parking space in the basement if you wish. The house is "dog-friendly", besides velo rooms there is a dog shower in the basement.

The rent is 1500 CHF, the security deposit is 900 CHF.

We are compatible if you are looking for a relaxed life together.; if you want to work from home in the shared areas, this will be fine. Spending time together should be a nice option, not an obligation.

The flat is situated close to the forest. With the tram (leaves every 5-8 min) you reach ETH / University hospital in 7 min and the city centre in 17 min. If you bring your dog I can take it for walks during lunchbreaks, as I work nearby 😉
