From December 1st, I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious room in a shared flat with my two housemates Milan (24 y.o.) and Nikolas (29 y.o.).
The house has two balconies and two bathrooms, modern appliances, and it is a couple of minutes from train and tram stations, as well as shops and supermarkets.
The monthly charge also includes cleaning services once a week, and additional costs.
Most of the furniture will be left in the room and it is to be purchased by the new tentant.
