We (Tanja,29 & Rik,35) are looking for a third flatmate to take over a room in our WG.
Starting May a 12m2 room will become available (open-ended lease) in an apartment on the 2nd floor.

About the flat:
•⁠ ⁠Rent: Includes all additional costs except electricity and Wi-Fi, which are shared equally among all flatmates.
•⁠ ⁠Kitchen: Fully equipped shared kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, and oven.
•⁠ ⁠Bathroom: Shared bathroom with a bathtub.
•⁠ ⁠Basement: Includes a shared laundry room, which is used together with the other tenants in the building. This works well, as there is a sign-up system. A storage room is also available.

Your room will be unfurnished.

•⁠ ⁠2min to Tierspital tram station (tram 7 and 9), 8 min walk to Berninastrasse tram station (10 and 51), and 8 min walk to bus line 75.
