About the appartment:

The room is 10m2 large and costs 750 CHf (already including the Nebenkosten). Additional costs are electricity & wifi. Buuuuut…
Our WG is located super central. Only 6 min walk to the main Luzern train station and even less to the bus station „Kantonalbank“. Supermarkets (Migros & Coop) are also in walking distance. The 5.5 room appartment is in the 6th floor (lift available) and has 2 bathrooms + 1 guest WC, kitchen (with dishwasher), cozy living room with fire place, a balcony, laundry machine and tumbler in the appartment, and a private Dachterasse and of course 4 bedrooms. In the basement there is an additional laundry machine, velo room and storage room.

Who are we:

We are a mixed WG. Pia is from Austria, Alen from Slovenia and Alina from Romania, so our day to day language is English.

Alen (26): I work as a cook in Restaurant Barbe's. I love to spend time with good people, go to the gym and enjoy good music.
Alina (36) + her 2 lovely cats: I am a laser specialist who loves cozy boardgame evenings, snowboarding, Pia's baking and Alen's cooking haha
Pia (24): I am an illustrater and currantly study for my Master degree. I also work part time. I like to bake, watch movies/series, go to the gym and enjoy beeing outside and travel.

What we are looking for: Someone who is betwen 22 and 35 years old and hopefully a chill and clean person. Beeing pet friendly is a must.
