Wir (Anatol, Daniel, Tim, Marc) sind eine sympathische, junge WG in Höngg, Zürich.

Die WG ist
3 Busstationen vom Meierhofplatz
gelegen, hat eine Bushaltestelle (
Direktverbindung zum Zürich HB in 20 Minuten
) direkt vor der Haustür, und ist mit
Oerlikon und Altstetten ebenfalls gut verbunden
(ca 25 und 20 Minuten). Mit dem Fahrrad
ca. 5 Minuten von der ETH Hönggerberg
, ca. 20 Minuten vom HB. Am Meierhofplatz hat es Migros, Coop, 2 Denner, 2 Apotheken, Drogerie, Alnatura, Hausarzt, Hippie-Lädeli, Bike-Shop, Schwimmbad, Schuhmacher, und
alles andere, was man im Alltag so brauchen könnte
.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einem ruhigen, grünen Quartier in Höngg. Die Nachbarn im Haus sind entspannt, es ist sehr ruhig aber (gelegentliche) Parties sind kein Problem.

Wir als WG sind gut drauf, verstehen uns blendend und machen ab und zu was zusammen. Abgesehen davon sind wir alle viel beschäftigt, im Alltag machen alle so ihr Ding. Wir sind alle AkademikerInnen, sprechen Deutsch/Englisch und sind sportlich unterwegs.

Weil ich ab Dezember 2024 und Januar 2025 im Ausland bin, suche ich eine Untermieterin/einen Untermieter. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert.

_The shared flat is located 3 bus stops from Meierhofplatz, has a bus stop (direct connection to Zurich HB in 20 minutes) right in front of the house, and is also well connected to Oerlikon and Altstetten (about 25 and 20 minutes). By bicycle, it's about 5 minutes from ETH Hönggerberg, and about 20 minutes from the main station. At Meierhofplatz, there are Migros, Coop, 2 Denner stores, 2 pharmacies, a drugstore, Alnatura, a general practitioner, a hippie shop, a bike shop, a swimming pool, a cobbler, and everything else you might need on a daily basis._

_The apartment is located in the middle of a quiet, green neighborhood in Höngg. The neighbors in the building are relaxed; it is very quiet, but occasional parties are not a problem._

_As a shared flat, we get along well, understand each other perfectly, and occasionally do things together. Aside from that, we are all quite busy and everyone does their own thing in their daily lives. We are all academics, speak German/English, and are active in sports._
_Because I will be abroad December 2024 and January 2025, I am looking for a subtenant. The room is fully furnished._
