As I’m moving out of my flat to a cozy studio, I’m looking for a
new tenant (ONLY GIRLS)
for my
12 m² room (unfurnished)
in Höngg (next to the Segantinistrasse bus stop). The room itself is south-facing, full of light, very quiet, and shares the same beautiful view as the balcony.


About the Apartment

The flat is 103 m² in total and includes:


* A large living room
* Sunny balcony (south-facing, beautiful view of Uetliberg )
* Spacious bathroom (with bath, sink and WC) and separate toilet (sink and WC)
* Fully equipped kitchen and dining room
* Shared laundry room, bicycle room, and cellar

* 20 minutes to Zurich HB (Bus 46)
* 10 minutes to ETH Hönggerberg
* Nearby: supermarkets, local shops, Werdinsel, and the forest — perfect for relaxing walks or swims in summer!

\-A small monthly fee of CHF 30–40 is added for Internet, EWZ & Serafe. (Nebenkosten).

Your Future Flatmate
You’ll share the apartment with Caroline (27, Chiropractor & Medicine student) and another two female roomates. We are doing the selection right now as other flatmates are moving also (job relocation and moving out with partner). You can check other rooms here as well. Room 2 (10.45 m2, unfurnished) available from 1st December 705 CHF
Room 3 (9 m2, furnished) available from 1st January 667 CHF

The WG atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. We sometimes hang out together (Werdinsel, bars, restaurants) but also respect each other’s privacy and quiet time.
We mostly speak English at home, but also German and Italian.

* Friendly, tidy, and reliable
* A young professional, PhD, or Master’s student
* Someone who enjoys a calm, clean home and contributes to maintaining the flat together.
