Since I am moving out of this wonderful 5-person (3F, 2M) WG at Schmiede Wiedikon, we are looking for someone new who is not just searching for a flat, but also for a nice group of people to live with.

The available large (30 sq meters) room is quite unique – originally meant to be a living room, it feels like a studio apartment on its own. The house is located right above Kollerwiese park, offering an amazing panoramic view over Zurich, beautiful sunrises all year round, and sometimes even the Alps directly from the room.

The apartment includes a spacious kitchen with enough room for everyone, two bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath), and a large balcony with a grill. There are two washing machines and a tumbler shared among four apartments, as well as some storage space in the basement.

rent includes bills, internet, shared groceries (and dinners together), and a weekly cleaning service
, so day-to-day life is comfortable and well-organized.

The area is calm and green, with blue parking zones and plenty of options for walks. Wiedikon also offers great cafes and restaurants – perfect for dinners out or working from home. The location is well connected with trams 9 and 14 as well as busses 32 and 72 that take you basically anywhere in the city. Bike parking spots are also available next to the house.

The room is

at the latest. I would like the next tenant to take over the bed, wardrobe, and leather couch, so please mention in your message if that is fine with you.
