The Room and the Flat:

The room is bright (on sunny days!) with large windows and comes furnished with a double bed (160 cm), a desk, a clothes rack, and a drawer unit. You'll have your own private bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer, conveniently located nearby. The flat itself is fully equipped, especially in terms of kitchen appliances, and includes a large dining table perfect for hosting dinners. There's also a spacious balcony furnished with a table for summer evenings, ample storage, and a small atrium for recycling.

I'm looking for someone in their 30s to sublet my room. You should be polite, communicative, and maintain a friendly, positive attitude - no passive aggression here! A tidy, clean approach to the flat and a collaborative mindset are essential.
