* Rent: CHF 1,590 + CHF 100 (internet, TV, electricity, heating)
* Fully equipped and furnished
* Structured cleaning schedule in place to keep the flat tidy and comfortable



Location


* Approx. 10 minutes by foot to the lake and Paradeplatz
* Approx. 19 minutes to the airport by train (via Wiedikon)
* Central yet calm area with excellent connections



Living situation

Due to work, we are frequently travelling during the week. We are subletting as we don’t currently need the space and would enjoy having a bit more life in the flat again. Overall, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and respectful.


Contract and timing

Move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be tailored to your needs. We’re looking for the right match, not a gap filler :)


What we are looking for

Ideal for an independent and professionally busy person who is reliable, kind and clean and who appreciates a calm and well-organised home. We prefer temporary (e.g., during an internship, or as a first home when moving to Zurich) but are generally open.
