The room is approximately 22m2 and has two-sided corner lighting. The high ceiling adds to the spaciousness of the room.

The apartment is located at Schaffhauserplatz. It is thus optimally connected to the public transportation network in all directions. Migros and Coop are within a 2- or 5-minute walk. Limmat and HB are also just around the corner.

A highlight of the apartment is the living room with bay window and fireplace. The kitchen has storage space, a glassceramic stove, an oven, a dishwasher, two refrigerators, and two freezers. Adjacent is the southwest-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a beautiful summer evening with a sunset. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, shower, and bathtub. Additionally, there is a smaller guest bathroom.
