The flat is really quiet, in a quiet neighbourhood, and costs are really low.

You will be living with Andrea, a very nice guy who is working on his PhD and usually gets back to Italy on the weekends! :)


House description

The house includes: a BIG living room with table, sofa and a large balcony, a large kitchen, 3 private rooms (1 is not rented out, and it is used as home-office), a main bathroom will everything needed and a service bathroom without shower! There is fiber with internet, too.
There is also a cellar in the ground floor that we use to park our bike. No ladders!
Finally, the washing machines are shared with the 5 families who live in the building!


Parking

Parking space: there are a lot of FREE parking spaces around the house! No need to pay!
