I am looking for a female renter for one room in a shared apartment.
The apartment is 92 square meters, with a large kitchen, modern bathroom and guest bathroom and a very large living room and balcony. There are two more rooms, one for me and one for rent. :)
The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, chair). There is also some storage space and shared washing machines /tumblers in the basement.

I'm a female game developer and work from home 3/5 days. I live with 3 cats, which are very friendly and cuddly. Therefore I am looking for someone who enjoys the company of cats.

The apartment is located in Brunaupark. Right next to the building is a a tram stop for trams 5 and 13 and train stop Saalsporthalle, a Migros, a pharmacy and several other stores. Sihlcity is a 5 min walk away. With the tram 13 it takes 8 min to Enge and 15 min to HB. The building is also right next to a forest with a beautiful running trail.
