📍Location: 2 min from the bus stop, <10 min to the Uni and the city center by bus, grocery stores (Denner, Migros) nearby. There are other student flats in the same building, the neighbourhood is rather quiet. The forest is around the corner, so if you like to go running or to go on a walk occasionally, that is great place to do just that.

- A cleaner cleans the flat once a month

- Washing machine and tumbler are in the house, can be used free of charge
You would be living with 3 other HSG students, a women and two men. The flat has 1 bathroom which you would be sharing.

📍Lage: 2 min zur Bushaltestelle, <10 min zur Uni und die Stadt mit dem Bus. Im Gebäude sind noch andere Studentenwohnungen, die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Waldeingang. Wenn du das gerne tust, kannst du dort perfekt joggen oder spazieren gehen.
🔝 Weitere Vorteile:
- Eine Reinigungskraft kommt einmal im Monat und putzt die Wohnung
- Der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist fantastisch (siehe Foto)
