Hello everyone, we are Emilia (26, German) and Fernanda (28, Bolivian) and we are looking for a subtenant (women :) ) in our lovely apartement in Enge form now on for 3 months (End of March, 31.03.) The building is about to be renovated afterwards.

The flat is located 10 min by foot from the lake and 20' from the city center/main station/ 10 min to the main station by tram lines 13 & 7. Station Enge is 4 min by foot.

We are working in architecture & data science :) and we enjoy sports, cooking, traveling and having spontaneously dinner together. Everything here is very easy going, the house calm, old but charming, neighbors are chill.

We work during more or less normal office hours, sometimes we come home late because of architecture competitions, hanging out with friends or occasional parties in the city ;)

There is no living room but a kitchen spacious enough to eat in and every room has access to a balcony (your balcony is the smaller one, located in front of the room). There is also a little shared garden/green space behind the house, plus a cellar and shared washing machine, but we also have our own (!!) in the bathroom.

Not included in the rent is internet (13 chf/month/person) and electricity (ca. 10 chf/month/person :))
