Vom 01.11.2024 bis 28.02.25 biete ich das ca. 13 m2 meines Zimmer in meiner schönen 2er WG in Zürich-Altstetten zur Untermiete zur Verfügung, da ich reisen gehe. Es ist flexibel, du kannst drei oder vier Monaten je nach deinem Bedürfnis mieten.

Zur Wohnung und deinem Zimmer:

Das Zimmer ist schon möbliert und hat zwei grossed Fenster nach Osten und Süden mit Blick auf den Uetliberg., die Fläche beträgt wie ca. 13 m2.

Die restliche Wohnug ist möbliert und eingerichtet, mit Sofa, Essentisch, Bücherregal, Beamer, Lautsprechern etc. Du kannst gerne deine eigene Möbel mitbringen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Bahnhof Altstetten und vor der Tür steht Tram 4 und coop (7 Tage geöffnet) sowie andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tram- und Busverbindung. Die Werdinsel sowie Sportanlage Hardhof sind in der Nähe.

Der angegebene Preis, 1380.- CHF pro Monat beinhaltet Nebenkosten und Strom- sowie Internetkosten. Waschen und Trocknen direkt in WC. Ein Kellerabteil von ca. 6 m2 steht auch zur Verfügung.

Zu deiner Mitbewohnerin:

Sie heisst Fei, ist eine Architektin, eine sehr aktive , freundliche und soziale Person. In Ihrer frei Zeit macht sie viele Sport, Tennis, Schwimmen, fitness und tanzt viel wie Salsa, West coast swing usw. Sie ist nicht oft zuhause aber wenn zuhause möchte sie gerne ein entspanntes Gespräch oder zum Ausgleich jedoch manchmal auch ihrer eigene Zeit haben. Sie schläft in einem Wintergarten mit Glasschiebtür.

From 01.11.2024 to 28.02.2025, I will sublet the approx. 13 m2 my room in the beautiful 2-person shared apartment in Zurich-Altstetten, as I will be traveling for months. It is flexible, you can rent three or four months according to your need.

About the apartment and your room:

The room is already furnished and has two large windows facing east and south with a view of Uetliberg. The area is approximately 13 m2. The rest of the apartment is furnished , with sofa, dining table, bookshelf, Beamer, loudspeakers, etc. You are welcome to bring your own furniture.

The apartment is right next to Altstetten train station and in front of the door there are tram 4 and coop (open 7 days a week) as well as other shopping opportunities and tram and bus connections. The Werdinsel and Hardhof sports facility are nearby.

The price, 1380.- CHF per month includes additional costs, electricity and internet costs. Washing and drying directly in the toilet. A storage room of approx. 6 m2 is also available.

To your roommate: Her name is Fei, she is an architect, a very active, friendly and social person. In her free time she does a lot of sports, tennis, swimming, fitness and dances a lot such as salsa, west coast swing etc. She is not often at home but when she is at home she would like to have a relaxed conversation or sometimes just her own time.
