Room available in a 4-room apartment from February. The contract would be for at least August (included).

There's a big kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and balcony as well.
Price is 650chf + expenses which average to about 50 per month. Expenses include red bags, electricity, wifi, laundry, tv tax and common stuff such as toilet paper, etc. 3 months of deposit is mandatory.

*It's a 5 min walk from USI.

We are chill students, and speak mostly english or italian. But spanish or french are on the menu as well ?
