Si è appena liberata una camera singola in un bello e comodo 4,5 di 100mq: 3 camere, 3 balconi, 1 bagno, sala, cucina ed un lungo corridoio di circa 15 metri.
10 minuti a piedi dal lago e 3 dalla stazione (è insonorizzato).

Gli altri due ragazzi sono giovani lavoratori ed in settimana, dal lunedì al venerdì compreso (uno dei due anche sabato) sono via dalla mattina presto al pomeriggio tardi.

Il divano nella sala è stato sostituito quest'estate da me ed uno dei due ragazzi (diventa divano letto, molto comodo e spazioso.
La vista parla da sé, abbiamo il Monte Brè di fronte, con un pezzo di lago e parte della città.

Contratto annuale con possibilità di subaffittarla in caso di permanenza minore. Disponibile fin da subito ad un ottimo prezzo, confrontandola con soluzioni simili.

A single room has just become available in a beautiful and comfortable 100sqm, 4.5-room apartment: 3 bedrooms, 3 balconies, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a long hallway of about 15 meters.
It's a 10-minute walk from the lake and 3 minutes from the train station (soundproofed).

We are looking for someone clean and preferably young.
The other two roommates are young working professionals and, from Monday to Friday (one of them also on Saturday), they are out from early morning until late afternoon.

The sofa in the living room was replaced by me and one of the roommates this summer (it turns into a sofa bed, very comfortable and spacious).
The view speaks for itself, we have Monte Brè in front of us, with a piece of the lake and part of the city.

One-year contract with the possibility to sublet, in case if shorter stay.
