A room in a shared flat of 3 is free, as I am moving out of Mendrisio. It is close to the Accademia di Architettura, and to the piazza with a Migros, cafes, restaurants and a gym. The flat is right above a bakery, and restaurant.

The flatmates are Pauline(20) and Clara(19), both students at the Accademia di Architettura, from the french part of Switzerland.

The room is furnished with a bed, table, chair, hangar and a drawer. All the furniture together can be sold for 600. The location is great, with amenities, shops and school very close. From the train station it takes roughly 10 minutes by walking.
