- tre stanze da letto
- una cucina con lavastoviglie, forno e microonde
- un bagno con doccia

È presente anche una cantina condivisa.
La lavanderia è condominiale
il cui uso è scandito da turni. Il prezzo del lavaggio è di circa 1chf/ora

There is a cellar in the basement.
The laundry room is of the whole building, there are shifts. The price of washing is about 1chf/hour
