As title says, I have a room in shared flat, which I want to rent. I work and live in Zurich but I have a flat in Lugano. The room is free starting from the 1st of october the soonest, latest the 11th.

available for visits from 18 during the week and in the weekends.
The rent is 750, including expenses, internet ( OF and Wi-Fi )and cleaning products. The flat is completely fournished.

The caution is 1000 francs. I don?t accept swiss caution nor first caution. I ask at least a month of stay. But for temporary stays, I can computate every single day.

I?looking for quite, no smoking and not complicate people.
