I am looking for a tenant to take my room in Studentenwohnen (Livit) starting on April 1st. The first two months would be under a subtenancy contract, afterwards the room can be taken over.

The room can be rented indefinitely, as long as you are enrolled at a university. After deregistration, the lease will be terminated within 6 months.

The deposit is three month's rent plus CHF 150.00 for the final cleaning of the room.A laundry room with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers is available. Each tenant has a personal mailbox.

The room is fully furniture with bed and mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe, storage space under the bed, and sink. The bathroom is share with another tenant.

Three modern kitchens
Several floors have three modern kitchens with five cooking units each. They are fitted out very practically, with dishes, pots and pans and other cooking utensils, dishwashers - and fridges where you have your own lockable compartment.
Large tables and seating facilities also offer you the possibility to meet friends in this area and to cook and eat together.
One of the kitchens has an adjoining terrace, for when you feel like enjoying a meal in the fresh air in sunny weather.

Lounge
The lounge area is spread over two levels. It offers an additional spacious and relaxing setting for activities outside your own four walls.
With comfortable seating, televisions and bars, the student lounges are an ideal place to meet new people and also to socialise with others in a pleasant atmosphere.

Courtyard
The slightly lower positioning of the courtyard and the ramps which lead into it represent a protective separation from the street and make it an ideal meeting place.
With a fountain adding atmosphere, it is an appealing extension of the lounge area when the weather is good and the ramps offer additional opportunities for sitting at their different levels. Visitors to the multi-purpose hall also reach it through the courtyard.

Terrace
The roof terrace is the most exclusive location in the building. It is reached by the staircase and is only open to students.
You will find an oasis of calm here, with a great view and lots of fresh air, for those times when you want to clear your head after all that study.
