1 room in a large 3 bedroom shared flat near Uetlihof (near Credit Suisse / Sihlcity).

The apartment has 2 large balcony’s with a great view of the city and of Uetliberg. Large living room and kitchen. 1 bathroom. Washer and dryer are shared in the basement (free).

Roomates are 2 guys in their early 30’s. Piotr is from Poland and works for Credit Suisse/UBS across the street. Alex is from Germany and works as an Architect. We’ve been living together for the last year and a half and get along well and keep the place tidy. We typically do our own thing but we have dinner/drinks together occasionally.

We have a cleaner come once a month to clean the common areas which costs ~$15 per person, but we keep the place clean in between.

All in all this is a great apartment with a great view of the city just outside of your room.
