We are looking for a friendly, tidy and easy going roomate with whom to share dinners, sometimes movie nights but who is also able to respect everyone’s privacy.
Ideally you are a young professional between 23-31 years old, are non-smoker and contribute to the WG life.


About the apartment :

The building is located in Turbinenstrasse 37, close to Prime Tower and the Hardbrücke Station.
The flat is a 5.5 rooms, 128m², 4th floor comprising a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer.
We also have a terrace with a table and chairs where we can enjoy bbq’s on sunny days.


About the room :

The room is approx. 16m² and is quiet, bright, has a clear view on the prime tower and morning sunshine.
The room is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a lamp and a desk as you can see in the pictures. The furniture is included in the rental price.
You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other roomate.



About your roomates :

We appreciate a respectful and a clean environment, looking for a young professional around the same age who would fit with us. One of us 27M works ins IT consulting with passion for hiking, cycling and volleyball and another 31M is a music producer and passionate restaurant manager.


About the costs :

The room costs CHF1550/ month and additional shared costs (electricity, internet, cleaning products and Swisscaution).
There is a 1 month deposit for the flat and administration cost of 200CHF
