I’m subletting my room in a spacious, modern 3.5-room apartment at Tulpenstrasse 43, Zurich, from January to July 2026 while I’m away on exchange.

The flat is brand new, bright, and comfortable — in a quiet area just 10 minutes by bus to Oerlikon. You’ll find Migros, Coop, and Denner within walking distance

You’ll be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate Giulia from Italy, who’s friendly, tidy, and easygoing.

Rent: 1,400 CHF/month (negotiable)
