I will be leaving on the 15th April my cozy room in a shared flat and I am looking for a new tenant to join the WG. It is a spacious, modern apartment in the beautiful area of Hottingen in Kreis 7. The area is quiet but still central and well connected, with trams 3 and 8 only 5 min walking, and bus 33 right at the door. There is a Coop also 5 min walking from the apartment.
You will be taking over a spacious and furnished bright room. I might be leaving some furniture behind at a very reasonable price. You will be sharing a huge living and dining room with a big TV; a modern, fully equipped kitchen with two fridges and dishwasher; and two bathrooms (a big one with a bathtub and a small one with shower). There is a wahing machine and a tumbler inside the apartment, and a cellar in the basement for additional storage. Bikes can be left outside the building in a covered parking space. We also have two robot cleaners and a cleaning lady who comes once a week for the common rooms (about 50 CHF monthly, not included in the rent).
You will be living with five more people (3 women, 2 men), age 24 - 30, all working, fun and very easy going. We all speak English plus our native languages. We like to do things and spend time together, cook, grab a beer... but we also have our own hobbies and we respect each other's privacy. We are looking for an easy going person in the same age range who would like to join the WG family and stay for at least one year.
