The room is 16 sqm, 1250 CHF (1100 + 150 bills, including internet, water, electricity, heating), quiet with a private generous balcony (10 sqm) having its own roof and views into the house’s garden. Super nice during summer since the balcony is facing west so you’ll witness beautiful sunsets and can enjoy 8+ hours sunlight exposure. And- oh yeah there’s also a private large open hearth fireplace included in your room for primal, cosy winter nights:) The room won’t be furnished with the exception of the big cupboard and the balcony furniture + a basic starter kit of wood. Price for that is negotiable. Please note that the room rent will increase from 01.07.2024 to 1314.00 CHF.

The apartment itself is fully furnished, parquet floor with a huge, bright living room, a large & modern kitchen, 2 Bathrooms (incl. toilet, shower each and washing machine/tumbler in the bigger bathroom). Lots of build-in wardrobes within the flat and additional storage space in the basement.

The flat’s location allows for both, being in the center within 5-10 min with public transports (bus Nr. 33 stops right across our house) or equally having a nice jogging/walking session in the woods of Zurichberg, enjoying a great panorama of the whole city and lake on the Sonnenberg just above our house etc.

You will live with 4 very kind, easy-going flatmates: Catherine (27, consultant), Henrik (29, phd student), Lokke (24, ETH student) & Marc (22, ETH student) with diverse backgrounds & interests but a common idea about an ideal co-living: we like our place tidy, no party-WG, we do respect privacy, but if you consider roommates just a necessary evil to cut costs: no “Zweck WG” either ;) We’re not always home, but still cook together or do other socials on occasion.
