We're looking to sublet a small room in our cozy student flat, perfect for someone seeking a peaceful yet social place to live. While the room itself is compact, it comes with a private, spacious attic right next door that is only accessible by you. You can use it however you like: for storage, studying, relaxing, or being creative, it's your personal extra space.

You'll be living with three male students (ages 22 to 25) from Vietnam, Poland, and Switzerland, all studying at ZHAW. After trying a few different roommate setups, we've realized that having four guys in one flat doesn't create the best balance, so we're now looking for a female flatmate to help mix things up and improve the vibe.

A little about life in the flat:
- One of us is only around two to three days a week, and another is usually away on weekends, so it's not overly busy.
- We're all pretty chill and enjoy a relaxed, respectful atmosphere.
- We're always up for a bit of fun, spontaneous Tuesday adventures, casual hangouts, and friendly conversations. We also have a fondue night every now and then, which you definitely don't want to miss.

We do have a few important house rules:
- No noise after 10 pm quiet time is a must
- No parties unless it's something planned with all flatmates
