Hey I am looking for someone to take over my room. Preferably someone who is social, respectful and clean (and climbs).
There is also the possibility to take over the whole flat after three months when your roommate will move out. Which means you can decide with whom to live.

The room is part of a three room flat with a large kitchen/living area and two separate bedrooms. There is also a balcony.
Your future room faces a really quite street as does the balcony.

You will share the flat with Ferdinand (26 years) who works an office job and likes to go to the mountains on the weekend for mountaineering.
