Ich (Clara, 32) suche eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für eine helle 95 m² Erdgeschosswohnung in zentraler Lage in Zürich. Die Wohnung kommt mit Terrasse/Garten, neu ausgestatteter Küche und Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche.

🐈 Mitbewohner Nummer 2 ist mein Freigänger-Kater Rambo, daher war der Garten Pflicht :)

Ich bin gerne unterwegs (Wandern, Kitesurfen, Sport, Freunde treffeb), koche (und esse) wahnsinnig gern und mag gute Gespräche. Klare Kommunikation, Offenheit und den Raum, sich auch mal zurückzuziehen, wenn man ihn braucht sind mir auch wichtig.

Ich stelle mir ein Zuhause vor, das ruhig, respektvoll und freundlich ist mit einem gewissen Mass an Sauberkeit und Ordnung.

Einziehen ab: Ende September / Anfang Oktober

Ps: da ich aus dem Ausland zurück in die Schweiz ziehe, werde ich die Woh ung neu einrichten und du kannst natürlich gerne mitgestalten (und wenn Vorhanden Möbel mitbringen).

I’m Clara, 32, and I’m looking for a flatmate for a bright 95 m² ground-floor apartment in a central location in Zurich. The apartment comes with a terrace/garden, a newly equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

🐈 Flatmate number two is my free-roaming cat Rambo, so having a garden was a must :)

I enjoy being out and about (hiking, kitesurfing, sports, meeting friends), love cooking (and eating) and enjoy good conversations. Clear communication, openness, and having space to retreat when needed are also important to me.

I imagine a home that is calm, respectful, and friendly, with a certain level of cleanliness and order.

Move-in from: end of September / beginning of October

PS: Since I’m moving back to Switzerland from abroad, I will be furnishing the apartment anew, and of course, you’re welcome to help shape it (and bring any existing furniture if you want).
