Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt ¦ Nur 5 min zum See ¦ 2 min zum Bahnhof Enge zu Fuss und 5 min zum HB Zürich mit dem ÖV

**English below** Das Zimmer ist ~15 qm gross, hell und unmöbliert. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer schmucken 3-Zimmerwohnung, die modern und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Das schönste an der Wohnung sind die beiden Balkone, einer beim Wohnzimmer und der andere an der Küche. Auf dem Balkon am Wohnzimmer hat man Vormittags Sonne und an der Küche am Nachmittag und Abend und von beiden blickt man teilweise ins Grüne :).
Alle technischen und sonstigen Geräte wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Tumbler, BBQ, etc. hat es natürlich und wir haben auch eine Putzfrau, die wöchentlich kommt. Das Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, Küche, Balkone teilen wir uns. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug und im Haus gibt es auch einen abschliessbaren Keller für Velos. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fast wie im Grünen, obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist und die Nähe zum See, zum Rieterpark und zum Erholen an der Sihl ist genial. Der Einzugstermin ist der 1. Juni 2024 oder nach Vereinbarung auch früher oder später möglich, ich brauche das Zimmer gerade nicht.

**The room has about 15 sqm, is bright and comes without furniture. It’s part of a nice 3 bedroom flat, which is furnished in a modern and comfortable way. The nicest part of the flat are the two balconies, one next to the living room and the other next to the kitchen. On one you have sunshine in the morning and on the other in the evening and both have a partial view into green landscape :) The flat comes with all usual things like dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler, BBQ etc. and we have a cleaning lady, which is coming every week. We share the living room, bathroom, kitchen and balconies. The flat is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator and a lockable cellar for bikes in the building. The location of the flat in the middle of the city, close to the lake, to the Rieterpark, and to the nearby Sihlriver for relaxation is just amazing. Moving in is on 01.06.2024, it is possible to arrange an earlier or later date as well, the room is available.**

Ich suche eine(n) sympathische(n), offene(n), unkomplizierte(n) Mitbewohner(in), der/die mindestens 25 Jahre alt ist, der/die das WG-Leben schätzt und auch gerne ab und zu mal was zusammen unternimmt (Kochen, Sport, ein Glas Bier / Wein...). Du solltest einen gewissen Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit haben und Nichtraucher oder Balkonraucher sein.

Du teilst die Wohnung mit mir, Andreas, und meinem lieben Hund Merlin. Ich bin mittlerweile Lehrer und früher habe ich in der Wirtschaft gearbeitet. I spreche Deutsch, Englisch und etwas Französisch. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne in den Bergen unterwegs, spiele Theater, diskutiere über Gott und die Welt oder treffe mich mit Freunden. Ich bin ein offener, aufgeschlossener und humorvoller Mensch. Merlin ist ein sehr sozialer und entspannter Hund, der jedem ein Lächeln in das Gesicht zaubert :) Er ist ein mittelgrosser Mischling und ein guter Gefährte für jeden Tag. Ich kümmere mich um die komplette Pflege von Merlin.

** You will be sharing the flat with me, Andreas, and my dog Merlin. I work as a teacher and before that, I used to work in business. In my free time, I love spending time in the mountains, playing theater, discussing about politics and the likes, and relax together with friends. I am an open and easy going person with a good sense of humor :). Merlin is a very social and relaxed dog who puts a smile in everyone’s face. He is a mixed-breed medium size dog and a good fellow to have around. I take care of all duties related to the dog.
