We’re looking for someone to sublet a fully furnished, spacious room on the quiet side of our cozy apartment on Stampfenbachstrasse 155. The location is super convenient – Kronenstrasse tram stop and a Denner are just a few meters away, and Oberer Letten is within walking distance for summer swims and chill evenings by the river.

Fully furnished and quiet
Rent: around 1200 CHF (not included: internet, electricity, etc.)
Deposit: 1500 CHF
Available from July 1st
Subletcontract for 1 year with a 2-month cancellation period (from both sides)
🛋️ The flat:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two open-minded, friendly flatmates – one engineer and one consultant – who enjoy skating, sports, and the occasional shared dinner or evening on our big balcony. We like to keep the apartment as a relaxed, respectful space that feels like home. Friends are always welcome now and then!
