We are looking for 2 new flatmates to move in on September 1st and join our amazing WG in our flat at Stampfenbachstrasse!

Room #1 is 15 m2 and has a rent of 1140 CHF/month.

Room #2 is 15 m2 and has a rent of 1120 CHF/month.

Both rents include utility costs (Nebenkosten).

This is a massive 2-story duplex with:

• 7 bedrooms
• 3 bathrooms (2 of them shared)
• A living room with a fireplace
• A fully equipped kitchen (with stereo and dishwasher)
• Private rooftop terrace with insane Zürich views
• Washing machine and dryer
• Lift to the 5th floor
• Basement space for storage and bikes
• Weekly cleaning person (aka, our secret angel)
• Perfect location - close to HB, Letten, and several supermarkets!

We are looking for someone who is fun, clean and would like to share our lovely flat, preferably for a long period of time. You should be someone who likes to socialise and doesn't only need a place to sleep. The common language of the flat is English, but most of us also speak multiple other languages :)

Judith, 30, German-British power woman, observes cell cultures through a microscope in her PhD, loves to spend time with friends on festivals, climbing or in the mountains.

Johanna, 28, Swiss, psychology student with a passion for vegan cooking and dancing. Loves to chat about anything from politics and silly daily fails.

Paul, 28, Spanish biologist PhD student with a passion for music and vegetarian food. A super sociable and inviting guy whose love language is sharing food, from home-grown basil forests to experimental ice cream.

Robin, 26, friendly German energy engineer and outdoor-aficionado. A very open and likeable guy who’s up for any adventure, from mountain sports to deep talks in the kitchen.

⁠Jasmine, 27, Swiss lawyer-in-training who enjoys life's finer things. Loves good food, kitchen-dancing sessions, and has a soft spot for niche sports.

Sadly, Paul-E. (French, 28, researcher in computer science) is moving out to live together with his partner after 5 lovely years with us. Paolo (Italian, 30, PhD in mountain medicine) is moving out to pursue the next stage of his studies elsewhere in the country.

Since we are so many flatmates, it is very difficult to find a date for a getting-to-know evening that we all can attend. We have decided to hold castings on August 6th and 7th, so you should be available to join in person or remotely one of the two evenings.
