Ich suche nach einer neuen, langfristigen Mitbewohnerin ab Juli für meine 3 ½ Zimmer WG im Kreis 6. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig (8 min zu Fuss zum HB, 5 min zu den Universitäten), ist hervorragend vernetzt (Tramlinien 9 und 10 sowie Bus 33 in 2 min erreichbar) und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Coop, Migros, Wäscherei, Bäcker, Post etc). Die Wohnung ist 85 qm gross und bis auf das Zimmer komplett möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, inklusive Waschmaschine und grossem Dachbodenabteil. Das Zimmer ist etwa 22 qm gross, verfügt über viel Tageslicht, einen Kamin sowie eigenem Badezimmer nebenan.

Ich bin 23 Jahre alt (4 Jahre „WG-Erfahrend“), komme ursprünglich aus Luxemburg und fange im September mit meinem Master in Pharmazie an der ETH an. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne unterwegs und treffe mich viel mit Freunden. Ich suche nach einer aufgeschlossenen und unkomplizierten Person mit einem ebenfalls aktiven Lifestyle, welche eine Balance aus Freiraum und gemeinsamem WG-Leben genauso schätzt wie ich und auch mal für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und WG-Abende zu haben ist. Allgemein bin ich easy-going und nehme das Leben nicht zu ernst, allerdings ist mir ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang sowie ein gesundes Mass an Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr wichtig.

Im Mietpreis von 1600 CHF sind die Nebenkosten sowie Internet enthalten. Es ist eine Kaution von 3 Monatsmieten zu hinterlegen und alle weiter anfallenden Kosten (Strom, Serafe etc) werden gleichermassen unter den Mietern aufgeteilt.

The apartment is 85 sqm and except for the room, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and a large attic storage room. The room is approximately 22 sqm, has plenty of natural light, a fireplace, and its own bathroom next door.
I'm 23 years old (with 4 years of "flat-sharing" experience), originally from Luxembourg, and starting my Master's in Pharmacy at ETH in September. In my free time, I enjoy being out and about and spending time with friends. I'm looking for an open-minded and uncomplicated person with an equally active lifestyle, who appreciates a balance between personal space and shared flat life as much as I do, and is also up for joint activities and flat-share evenings. Generally, I'm easy-going and don't take life too seriously, but considerate behavior and a healthy level of cleanliness and order are very important to me.
The rent of 1600 CHF includes utilities and internet. A deposit of 3 months' rent is required, and all other expenses (electricity, Serafe, etc) will be shared equally among the tenants.
