I’m subletting my small but cozy furnished room in a beautifully renovated apartment at Spyriplatz 17, Zurich, available immediately.

The apartment was fully renovated about 1 year ago and is in great condition. It has a modern kitchen, beautiful bathroom, large living area, and very nice wooden floors throughout.

The room is small but comfortable and will be handed over completely cleared of my personal belongings and professionally cleaned / in perfect condition.

Furniture/storage in the room:

* built-in wardrobe
* clothes rack
* chest of drawers
* desk can be removed if preferred
* I can replace the desk with a nice armchair or similar
* TV can also be removed on request

The rent is CHF 1,200/month. I currently pay CHF 1,500, but I’m offering it for CHF 1,200 because the sublet is temporary / fixed-term.

Availability: immediately
Minimum stay: 6 weeks (probably longer)

I’ll be staying in another city for work for a while, so I’m looking for someone reliable and easygoing for this temporary sublet.
