Description

Please note:
If you're interested please write at least a small introduction about yourself and what is important to you when living together. To me, getting the place rented out is secondary to being a harmonious community :)

This room is about 12m2 in a 3 person share, located in a spacious apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a secluded family house with a shared entrance at the front and private entrance at the back. The highlight of this beautiful apartment is its position in the hills overlooking lake Zug with stunning views of lake, forest and mountains all around.
You will find yourself enjoying life in beautiful rural surroundings and yet only a 15-minute drive from the centre of Zug. The rooms are bright and airy with large picture windows that bring the surrounding nature into your home. The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops and has plenty of storage space.
The patio is a real suntrap in the summer, and in the evenings you can enjoy stunning sunsets from the balcony that runs the full length of the house.

I am 42, work in Zug as a project controller and programmer, am quiet, neat, sporty, a non-smoker and respectful. I also speak fluent German, Dutch and some Chinese. My roommate works in IT as well and we share the same values.

I am looking for someone who sleeps at night, doesn't smoke, doesn't bring pets (I like them but the owner doesn't allow them) and who cleans up after themself.
